About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as an Air Compressor Service Engineer in Changchun. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working closely with our customers to provide top-notch service and support for their air compressor equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and on-site training to customers on new machine installations, ensuring seamless startup and debugging processes.
- Offer comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for various types of air compressors, including annual inspections, fault diagnosis, and emergency call-out repairs.
- Document all service work, including writing detailed reports and logs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize equipment performance and ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Collaborate with customers to identify energy-saving opportunities and develop tailored optimization plans using airflow measurement and calculation techniques.
- Participate in regular skills assessments and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Your Background- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for Electrical Engineering backgrounds.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing air compressors or related equipment, preferably with factory experience in large-scale device maintenance and aftersales service.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication capabilities.
- Possess a proactive attitude, high efficiency, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
