Senior LNG Broker

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced LNG Broker to bolster our expanding team at Howe Robinson Partners.

As a key member of our LNG team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive shipbroking services to our global client base in the Containership, Dry Bulk, LNG, and Tanker markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  
• Utilize your broking experience to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide valuation, market research services, and negotiate contracts.
  
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  
• Ensure seamless communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
  
• Broking experience is preferred, but not essential.
  
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial nature and a strong personal drive to succeed.
  
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  
• Good understanding of accounting and numeracy skills.
  
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• Good grasp of English Language, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in a written format.
  
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel.
