Animal Nutrition Specialist

Job Title: Technical Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and services to internal sales teams, customers, and distributors within the territory.
2. Localize sales decks based on product literature and trials reports to make them more accessible and appealing to customers.
3. Deliver training programs for internal and distributor sales teams on IFF Animal Nutrition and Health products, value proposition, and related solutions.
4. Proactively support new business development activities and deliver training to customers and key end-users.
5. Follow and handle customer complaints.
6. Conduct competitive analysis related to key products from competitors within the territory and China poultry sector.
7. Provide technical support and services for super key accounts in the poultry segment in Greater China sub-region.
8. Establish and maintain good relationships with key influencers to improve personal and company brand reputation in the feed industry.
9. Build deeper relationships with technical stakeholders to create a strong mindshare mutually for sustainable sales growth.

Requirements:

• M.S. degree in zootechnical science or equivalent education.
• 10+ years of total work experience in tech service in the poultry industry, with 5+ years of working experience in feed additives, enzymes, or health products.
• Knowledge of feed additives, enzymes, and gut health products application, and feed formulation knowledge is a plus.
• Outstanding presentation skills, well-listening skills, and excellent analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to initiate appropriate actions and follow through without prompting or close supervision.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize customer events, international or domestic study tours, seminars, or innovation interactions.
• Willingness to travel more than 60% of working time, with good command of Chinese and English, written and verbal.
