Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing technical support to clients in the field, ensuring the smooth operation of instrumentation equipment.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, debug, and maintain instrumentation equipment at client sites.

2. Respond promptly to technical inquiries from clients, providing solutions and guidance as needed.

3. Collaborate closely with sales, application, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. A master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biology, food science, environmental science, materials science) or a bachelor's degree with three or more years of relevant work experience.

2. Strong understanding of chromatography principles and basic instrument operation, with preference given to those familiar with LC/GC and LCMS instruments.

3. Proficient English reading and writing skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to adapt to 75% travel schedule.

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule, including the option to work remotely.
