Job Title: Regional Retail Manager - FuzhouJob Summary:The successful candidate will lead our retail sales team in Fuzhou, driving business growth and ensuring that our products reach more patients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers, to drive sales and market share.
- Cultivate a high-performing team, focused on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements, using this insight to inform our sales approach.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably with a background in prescription medication sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or marketing.
RMB 250,000 - 350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
