Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the staffing and recruiting process to ensure a diverse candidate pool
  • Ensuring compliance with key policies, including sexual harassment, non-harassment, non-discrimination, and no solicitation
  • Overseeing the selection and offer processes for hourly employees to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Partnership with department managers and recruiting professionals to recruit management positions and make hiring decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with 4 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field
  • Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration, or a related major, with 2 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field
