Management Trainee

As a Management Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding various products, functional, and management training within the Chengdu Branch
• Getting familiarized with Expeditors' culture, structure, products, systems, policies, and procedures
• Developing knowledge base and skill sets necessary for future management assignments
• Performing additional duties and projects as assigned by management to meet branch and regional development needs and objectives

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in English, CET-6 above
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind with keen business acumen
• Self-motivated, mature, fast learning, willing to take new challenges and responsibilities
