Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a talented HR professional to join our team as an HR Solutions Partner in China. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.

Responsibilities

  • Participate or lead various HR projects, covering topics such as process standardization, HR integration, and more.
  • Manage and innovate internal communication channels and platforms, ensuring awareness and proper message delivery to target employees.
  • Utilize research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support HR function programs.
  • Organize HR sharing sessions for team development and drive HR continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of HR professional working experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP-related experience.
  • Good communication skills, multi-tasking skills, and project management experience.
  • Ability to use multiple forms of media and present concepts and ideas effectively.
