About the Role:
As an Associate Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for delivering projects to client satisfaction. You will work closely with Consulting Managers and other colleagues to execute strategic objectives for our Custom Research clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough desk research to gain a deep understanding of project objectives.
* Conduct primary interviews with trade associations, leading companies, and internal associates to gather insights.
* Utilise in-house resources and external published information for comprehensive market understanding.
* Share new resources with colleagues and seek out novel sources of information.
* Oversee and manage ongoing custom research work for projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with clients from project inception to completion, ensuring all core objectives are met.
* Present findings via phone and in-person to clients to guarantee client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in consulting or market research.
* Strong research skills, knowledge of desk research, and experience in strategy and competitive analysis.
* Experience presenting to clients at an executive level.
* Ability to formulate research solutions and manage complex projects.
* First-class organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral).
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
