Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Continental in Changchun.

• Maintain server and network uptime of 99%.
• Manage IT assets, ensuring zero defects and implementing asset-related policies.
• Support plant operations, managing over 80 printers across two plants and offices.
• Ensure the security of critical SAP applications according to Global policy.
• Maintain security cameras in a working status.
• Restructure networks, including wireless, for smooth operation.
• Implement DS Audit or Cybersecurity Audit to ensure compliance with Corporate Security Policy.
• Lead digital projects, particularly on PBI, to drive business forward.
• Oversee the rollout of the MSB Project in plants and extend it to phase 2, with further plans for Business Partner involvement.
• Control Plant IT Cost to achieve a reasonable level and contribute to PE reduction.
• Ensure Information Security, achieving qualified audits from internal and external teams.
• Lead and implement the TISAX Audit.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience (over 3 years), preferably with CCNP and PMP certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in a foreign company, with at least 2 years' experience abroad.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
