About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive at Hospitality Marketing Concepts, you will play a vital role in driving our growth in the Asia region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading global provider of digital loyalty solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with upscale hotels and hotel groups in the designated region.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including CEOs, COOs, GMs, and VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide market intelligence to inform product improvement and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Travel regularly throughout the region to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty marketing concepts and operations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
