The Electrical Design Review Specialist will report directly to the FM Design Director at Eram Talent. This role requires an Electrical engineering background and experience to review designs from facility management perspectives, covering all stages of all design packages.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance of all designs with international and local regulations, codes, and standards such as BS, IEC, NEC, IBC, NFPA.
Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years of total experience with 10+ years of extensive experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects, at least 7 of which in a design management role focused on FM aspects.
• Fully conversant with regulations, codes, and standards for large scale regional and urban developments and preferred knowledge of local codes. Proven track record in leading FM design reviews, implemented through execution and operation phases.
• Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and a good command of English with ability to present confidently to small and large audiences.
• Strong leadership ability, rational judgement and reasoning skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
A team player, with team management capabilities to effectively manage and set up goals and objectives for personnel development. BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in Facility Management for large and mixed-use developments.
