Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Manager to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional medical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional medical plans to meet business objectives and address unmet medical needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to ensure successful execution of medical strategies and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, and clinical development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to MSLs to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a strong understanding of relevant therapeutic areas and clinical study methodologies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine or pharmacy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical affairs, with a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of MSLs.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively.
