About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that optimize supply chain performance and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Operational knowledge of SAP ECC/APO/BI, including IBP/S&OP/project management methodology.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end planning processes and lean six sigma methodologies.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
