The company is looking for a skilled Weaving Machinist to join their team at Voith Paper.

We are seeking an experienced Textile Machine Operator to work on our weaving machines. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the machines, following standard operating procedures (SOP), and maintaining accurate production records.

• Operate weaving machines according to production plans and SOPs
• Ensure daily production tasks are completed efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production requirements
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills and experience working with textile machinery. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working with textile machines

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
