Global Sales Leadership Position

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Sales team in China. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Chinese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Chinese market
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, partners, and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in the Chinese market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with Amazon's sales and marketing teams
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
