Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a seamless customer onboarding experience at the city level
  • Process customer due diligence and manage FCC risk
  • Deliver basic banking services to Wealth and Personal Banking customers
  • Sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific strategies
Requirements
  • University degree or above (recognized by the state)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills
  • Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure
  • Presentable, outgoing, and persuasive
  • Good spoken and written English is preferable
