We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at BEUMER Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and implementing new technologies to improve our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective support to our employees, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical assistance to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining our computer systems and networks.


  • Monitor and maintain our computer systems and networks, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes implementing new technologies and upgrades to improve performance and reliability.


  • Work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. This includes collaborating on projects, sharing knowledge and expertise, and providing technical support as needed.


  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of our computer systems and networks, including best practices for security and data protection.


  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve our IT infrastructure and services.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.


  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Linux, and networking protocols.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
