Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team. As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing a weekly schedule of plant production to minimize cost, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a weekly production schedule to minimize cost and optimize inventory.
  • Communicate supply problems with the material team, order management team, and department managers.
  • Evaluate and analyze the impact of changes in customer demand and communicate trends in customer demand compared to plant capacity.
  • Work out the production schedule, estimate the workload involved, and plan adequate resources.
  • Monitor daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and achieve optimal WIP levels.
  • Analyze and escalate critical material status and facilitate on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 2 years' experience in production and material planning, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling methods, ERP operation, MRP flow, and MRP processing logistics.
  • High-level data analysis and skilled operation on MS Office tools, Excel required.
  • Command in English, both writing and speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Teamwork, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude required.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.

  • Open-minded, willing to take on new roles and responsibilities, keep learning, and accept changes.
