Job Summary
The Account Manager at We Are Social will be responsible for overseeing social media communication project management for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with different teams and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for We Are Social and everything we represent.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional social media marketing services to our clients;
- Receive briefs from clients, organize brainstorming with the creative team, lead the operations team to finish cost estimations and operational proposals, and consolidate final proposals under the instruction of key direction and strategy from Account Directors;
- Proceed with contract processes and payment issues with the finance team;
- Ensure the completion of daily jobs/tasks with efficiency and in a result-driven manner;
- Complete monthly/quarterly data analysis and reports for clients (with the help of third-party partners);
- Conduct social listening for both clients and competitors;
- Draft and consolidate proposals during project pitch preparation, as well as for all business-as-usual (BAU) materials;
Requirements
- Around 3 years of working experience in the field of social media and/or performance marketing;
- Knowledge of social media platform best practices, media buy strategy, Google ads, etc;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote;
- An open personality and proactive working attitude towards challenges and problems;
