Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Account Management in Retail Business Services (RBS) to help shape and deliver on the strategy for managing Amazon vendors. The successful candidate will lead a team of Vendor Consultant Managers responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Manage strategic joint business plans for Selling Partners across your team by collaborating with them to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities.
- Interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and be responsible for all operational aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.
- Develop, implement, and iterate data, processes, mechanisms, and guardrails to improve the customer experience.
- Operationalize key levers to drive business growth and manage high-performing teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives, and providing escalation support as needed.
- Identifying, acting on, and/or providing advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience.
- Managing end-to-end goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals.
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio and proactively building joint business plan action items.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
- Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, or Salesforce.
- 6+ years of hiring and retaining digital advertising teams experience.
