To build and maintain a comprehensive training and education infrastructure in the region, supporting the delivery of product and sales training, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of local training and education programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement internal training and customer education programs in accordance with Straumann's curriculum and sales cycles.
- Design and deliver training content, including sales support and equipment adaptation, to enhance the value proposition of Straumann.
- Contribute to the development of the education curriculum for customer trainings in the country.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and speakers to enhance Straumann's presence in the market.
- Serve as the technical main contact person for corporate customers, universities, and local trainers in the market.
- Dental degree or diploma.
- Experience in setting up course systems for product lines and organizing seminars, training, or similar events.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with good English and Mandarin language proficiency.
- Strong result orientation and business sense, with the ability to build strong relationships with different customer segments.
