Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing retail pharmacy operations, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer service, and employee development. You will be responsible for leading a team of retail pharmacy managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets and achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in our retail pharmacies, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, meeting or exceeding their expectations in terms of product knowledge, advice, and overall shopping experience.
- Employee Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail pharmacy managers, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail pharmacy management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales growth, customer service, and employee development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and industry trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Education and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, business administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
