Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a critical role in driving cash flow improvement and reducing past due accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our business teams to develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce past due accounts.
  • Follow established collection policies and procedures to ensure timely and effective collection of accounts receivable.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and business units to resolve payment issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as economics, accounting, or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable collection or a related field.
  • Strong communication and office skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
