As a Customer Account Solutions Specialist at Analog Devices, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include reconciling forecasts, backlog, and shipments to meet customer demand and target sales revenue, as well as processing orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Track and communicate material production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets. Proactively identify and close supply gaps to meet customer needs. Participate in account business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, contributing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. Assist sales teams with pricing management and data analysis, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and effective communication.

Key qualifications include good Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluency in English, and experience with supply chain management. Familiarity with Power BI and the IC industry is a plus.
