Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to the payroll process, maintaining the payroll audit database, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations and wage and hour laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Process Management
    • Provide guidance to the payroll process by maintaining the payroll audit database.
    • Monitor and maintain data analysis between payroll and HR.
    • Assist Asia Pacific payrolls including scheduling payrolls, working with vendors to resolve issues, and maintaining logs and payroll statistics.
  • Payroll Data Management
    • Interface, reconcile and process payroll information received from outside sources and vendors.
    • Ensure quality control of employee data and financial information as well as preserve data integrity of vendor data.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Maintain database of reports, account reconciliation of payroll data for accounting team.
    • Create ad hoc reports, implement adjustments to existing reports (as needed) and provide data analysis to the Human Resources and Payroll teams.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Assist in year-end processes, implement and maintain taxable wages audit for taxes.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and wage and hour laws, company policies and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Projects
    • Assist HR and payroll ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Skills
    • In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices.
    • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and systems.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and multi-tasks.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge and experience of multi-country payrolls is a plus.
    • Good command in written and spoken English.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
