Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for hardware and software systems within the company.
  • Manage network infrastructure and ensure data security protocols are upheld.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct regular system maintenance.

This role requires a strong background in IT support and network management. Proficiency in English is essential, with Mandarin being a significant advantage.

Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Experience in IT support and network management.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
