Senior Reliability Solutions Expert

At Supply Chain Resources Group, we are seeking a Senior Reliability Solutions Expert to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in reliability engineering and drive innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust reliability testing strategies
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reliability test plans, including environmental chamber testing, shock testing, and life testing
• Work closely with contract manufacturers and 3rd party labs to ensure seamless execution of reliability testing programs
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product reliability
• Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering, with a focus on consumer electronics, softgoods, and accessory reliability
• Proven track record of developing and executing complex reliability testing programs
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Reliability, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
