About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at Dow Silicones (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and contributing to the company's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with IATF-16949 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF-16949 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
