Production Engineer II

They will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with product-related files and performing production activities in accordance with file requirements.
Production site cleaning inspections, record checks, and accurate production records will be maintained.
They will be responsible for executing operations according to the characteristics and safety requirements of chemical raw materials, accurately measuring and handling hazardous chemicals, and maintaining high pass rates.
They will ensure that their production activities comply with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
They will be responsible for arranging daily work for the reagent production team and completing monthly production plans.
They will collaborate with the technical department to complete new product transfer development work and reagent key equipment verification or confirmation work.
They will be responsible for managing reagent consumables and planning.
They will be able to lead DBS improvement projects, drive continuous improvement of production efficiency, product quality, and safety, and draft WI files related to production.
