Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize an effective sales and service network to meet OEMs service demands and boost parts sales growth.
  • Collect market dynamics and information to support sales policy, business planning, and adjustments on a regular basis.
  • Develop and implement sales activities and events for off-highway IAM partners, with support from marketing, service departments, and others, to increase business awareness and sales growth.
  • Responsible for order handling, sales agreements, contracts, and routine sales topics.
  • Maintain key customer relationships by regular customer care and visits, and identify maximum potential.
  • Coordinate with OE Sales Division I and other business units.

  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyze market data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
