Job Summary

As a seasoned Executive Chef, you will lead our Chinese cuisine team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for managing all food-related functions, including menu development, kitchen operations, and staff supervision. Your expertise in Chinese cuisine will drive culinary innovation and excellence, while your leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Leading Chinese Cuisine Kitchen Operations

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement menu concepts that showcase Chinese cuisine.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.

Setting and Maintaining Culinary Standards

• Develop and implement culinary standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and recipes.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food safety and quality.

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Monitor and address guest feedback and concerns in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
