MISSION

Deliver exceptional service to meet the supply demands of various production sections and client deliveries.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Unload and load tasks, and prepare merchandise, raw materials, intermediate, and finished products in the plant warehouse.
  2. Distribute products physically in the warehouse's designated areas according to location plans, between areas, and production areas.
  3. Record material movements and conduct warehouse inventory.
  4. Perform administrative responsibilities and inform internal FICOSA systems with warehouse-related operations: delivery notes, invoices, client orders, etc.
  5. Ensure accurate quantities and documentation received match agreed-upon amounts in each case.
  6. Identify areas for improvement in the area and participate in continuous improvement activities following the FMS lean model and strategic guidelines.
  7. Adhere to Ficosa's Code of Ethics to prevent fraudulent practices. Comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with related training.
  8. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
