Section Manager Job Description

Vishay General Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Section Manager to lead the Asia Regional IEHS Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal IEHS standards audit programs
  • Manage the Asia region IEHS standards audit program, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations
  • Conduct IEHS standards internal audits for Asia manufacturing sites
  • Supervise the CAV progress for continual improvement
  • Surveillance EHS legal compliance for Asia manufacturing sites
  • Track and fulfill global and regional EHS & sustainability goals
  • Support local teams on Carbon emission inventory setup
  • Property risk management, especially for firefighting system risk assessment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Safety/Environmental Engineering or equivalent education
  • Familiarity with national and international EHS & Energy standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with ISO 14064 & ISO 50001
  • ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 internal auditor certification
  • 3-5 years EHS work experience, with ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively
  • Skills in construction, mechanical, electrical, wastewater treatment system, and air emission system management
  • English skills to communicate effectively across the region and worldwide
