Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Materials Tester - Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to join our team at TÜV Rheinland.

  • Conduct metallographic analysis, hardness testing, and corrosion testing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to complete failure analysis and sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction in purchasing and project subcontract costs.
  • Provide technical support to testing and sales staff, assisting in new test project quotations.
  • Perform equipment maintenance, calibration, and document preparation.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to PPE guidelines.
  • Complete additional assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor's degree or higher in metal materials and possess strong teamwork and responsibility skills.

Familiarity with metallographic and hardness testing equipment is required, along with the ability to prepare metallographic samples and identify microstructures.
