Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Provide support for the preparation and distribution of financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
