Mapletree is a leading real estate development company seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring high-quality services are provided to owners, tenants, and business owners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Early-stage intervention work: assisting in property service bidding, preparing pre-sale documents, and related building delivery documents.
  • Supervising and auditing PM services of sales center operations and executing service contracts.
  • Making overall arrangements for property acceptance, takeover, and handover, resolving various PM-related issues, and maintaining a good reputation for the company.
  • Ensuring high-quality services are provided by third-party property service companies, coordinating with other departments to effectively handle customer complaints and satisfaction surveys.
  • Regularly reviewing the operation of the Property Management Company and PM team members to ensure compliance with SOPs and laws.
  • Coordinating relationships with relevant cooperating departments and government departments, maintaining good public relations, and upholding the company's brand and image.
  • Maintaining good relationships with owners, property users, and tenants, including handling complaints from dissenting customers and owners, following up on customer satisfaction, and handling emergencies at sales sites.
  • Property fixed assets management and inventory, procurement, and cost control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in 5 major real estate agencies or leading real estate companies.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, learning, and relationship-building skills, with a good command of written English.
  • Strong initiative, can-do attitude, adaptability, honesty, affinity, and ability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.

Benefits
