Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales Department in achieving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
About the Role:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the department, aligning with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities. Key responsibilities include leading all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide leadership and support to ensure seamless communication between departments.
Requirements:
- A university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales is required.
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
What We Offer:
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will receive a competitive salary package, estimated at $44,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
