About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team at Emilio Sánchez Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching tennis and a passion for developing young players.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement coaching programs for players aged 8-18 years old. Travel with players to local, national, and international tournaments to provide support and guidance. Generate detailed reports on player development to help inform coaching strategies.
Requirements
Previous experience as a tennis coach, with a proven track record of developing players. RPT, ICI, or ES Academy certification (or willingness to obtain it). Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with players, parents, and colleagues. Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus. A valid EU driving license.
