Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage with incoPat, a leading product in our portfolio. The team comprises 7 dedicated professionals and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Segment Sales. Our focus is on driving sales for incoPat products across the central region, which includes incoPat, API interfaces, and raw data solutions.
About You – Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with a background in science or engineering;
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the software industry;
- Proven ability to identify and address client business needs, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experience and proactively developing new client relationships;
- Excellent learning aptitude, capable of quickly mastering product and service knowledge;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with exceptional presentation and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the intellectual property sector is a plus;
- Experience in independently developing major client accounts is advantageous;
- Experience in selling SaaS products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell global patent database software services and innovative solutions to enterprises, government entities, research institutions, and universities;
- Independently identify sales opportunities, facilitate client agreements, and achieve business targets;
- Effectively manage client relationships, continuously monitor product usage, conduct regular follow-ups, and enhance user service experience to ensure client retention.
About the Team
This team is responsible for the sales of incoPat products in the central region, including incoPat, API interfaces, and raw data. With a team size of 7, we work closely with pre-sales, post-sales, data, and product teams to expand our client base and provide exceptional service to existing clients, thereby enhancing regional performance and customer satisfaction.
Work Hours
The position requires an 8-hour workday, with the possibility of overtime, short-term travel, and client visits.
