Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user needs and requirements into MR system and technology requirements.
  • Develop technology and technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Harmonize common features, system functions, and improvement solutions across relevant products.
  • Lead system-level design reviews.
  • Lead trouble-shooting activities in system-level defect analysis and remediation during System Integration, Verification, and Validation phases.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in physics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of overall MR technology, including component technology, system integration, MR physics, and imaging quality.
  • Good knowledge of electromagnetic theory and familiarity with simulation tools.
  • Intensive experience in MR preferred.
  • Familiarity with typical MR clinical applications.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence indirect resources.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills to multiple levels of management.
  • Fluency in English.
