Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our China-based team in delivering exceptional project results. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in project management, engineering, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Owner's Integrated Project Management Team, providing day-to-day oversight and interface activities associated with the management of EPC Contractor's work performance on the Project.
  2. Evaluate and ensure that EPC Contractor's Project Execution Plan aligns with the Owner's contractual obligations and that the contractor continues to operate according to plan.
  3. Provide leadership across all EPC Contractor Teams and scope of work described in their prepared Execution Plan, including concurrent management alignment with the PMC (KBR) HOC location and Owners Project Management Team (PMT) leadership resources.
  4. Promote compliance of all EPC Contractor with OWNER'S Contractual requirements, prioritizing adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental, and quality policies, regulations, and standards.
  5. Collaborate with other China-assigned KBR Project Managers to support the Project Management Company's (PMC) contractual deliverables to the Owner, reporting directly to KBR's HOC Project Director and Deputy Project Director.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of directly related progressive experience, with an average experience of 15-20 years, including several years of Senior Project Management experience.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure takes into account the level of responsibility, the complexity of the project, and the required skills and qualifications.
