Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and savvy Commercial Marketing Manager passionate about sound, music, and technology to manage our marketing activities on social commerce platforms and retail stores in China in a fast-paced work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric marketing strategy that drives business results on emerging social commerce platforms.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching new technologies, customer willingness, markets, and competitors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales on social commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop a content strategy and editorial calendar to enhance our brand position and thought leadership on social commerce platforms.
  • Accountable for retail marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team on specific projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a marketing professional.
  • Deep understanding and rich experience of social commerce platforms and retail stores with a proven track record.
  • Experience in providing sound, strategic recommendations.
  • Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Creative, strong problem-solving skills, and a flexible can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Able to work in an international and multicultural environment.
