Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that our employees, guests, and owners receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Hyatt's Corporate Strategic Priorities and ensure alignment with our hotel's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Manage the Human Resources Division, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of HR or HR Manager in a larger operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
