At McCormick, we're seeking a skilled Food Scientist to join our team. As a Food Scientist, you'll be responsible for developing innovative new products and optimizing existing ones within customer requirements, cost guidelines, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new products and optimizing existing ones
• Providing technical support to clients via finished product samples and in-plant technical support
• Writing reports, including statistical evaluation of data, and updating formulation, technology, and documents
• Assisting in daily problem-solving for quality, supplier, and operation issues

Requirements:

• Comprehensive food science knowledge
• Broad understanding of food technologies and production lines
• Project management and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Good computer literacy

Technical Ability:

• Over 5 years of product development experience in the food manufacturing industry

Education Degree:

• Bachelor's degree or above
