Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global Business Unit partners and Regional Commercial leaders to identify and execute growth strategies in assigned regions.
  • Develop and execute regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives, including setting KPIs and prioritizing initiatives linked to business strategies.
  • Conduct business and market analysis to understand regional dynamics and support quarterly forecasting report outs.
  • Work with Marketing Communications partners to develop and deploy annual communications plans.
  • Monitor key regional opportunities and leverage company resources to accelerate advancements.
  • Provide day-to-day support to commercial teams for product-related information, technical needs, and customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to identifying new business development opportunities using market knowledge and input from commercial teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as material science, chemical science, or engineering.
  • 6-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with the electronic assembly industry and 5+ years of product and marketing management experience.
  • Ability to travel 30% of working time or more.
  • Thorough understanding of the company's products and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced and multi-task environment.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English and Chinese.
