- Lead product and component testing, verification, and validation to ensure reliability and quality.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in design engineering for plastic and rubber components.
- Excellent team-working and communication skills.
- Proficiency in 3D drawing and Pro/E software.
- Ability to handle multiple development tasks and prioritize projects effectively.
- Fluent English language skills for technical discussions and communication.
