Compensation Package

The total remuneration package will include a base salary of approximately $85,000 per year, plus additional benefits and performance-based incentives.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Engineer to join our Chassis Systems Product Line team at our Shenyang location. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing material flow from inbound to outbound, including intra-logistics. You will work closely with production and engineering departments to design and roll-out logistics plans for our plants.

You will also identify, evaluate and present new logistic principles, processes, methods and equipment to improve our systems and processes. Your expertise in project management principles, interface management and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining projects according to our project work standard.

In addition, you will support the coordination and implementation of our Production System principles with a focus on logistic issues, and take part in conducting and performing trainings regarding our Production System.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Logistic experience in the automobile industry, including planning for demand, production and incoming goods; transportation and clearance process; layout of warehouse and equipment planning; visual management.
  • Knowledge of Project management principles.
  • Experience in the management of interfaces.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Consistency and preciseness regarding work. Team worker and self-motivated.
  • Good ability to communicate in oral and written in English and Chinese.
