Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable FMEA Specialist to join our team at Bosch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and documenting the FMEA process, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate, execute, and document the FMEA sessions in collaboration with all relevant participants.
- Ensure that all participants possess a comprehensive understanding of the FMEA methodology.
- Improve the FMEA practices within the business unit by sharing, validating, and disseminating critical information both internally and externally.
- Profound knowledge of FMEA principles and practices.
- Strong facilitation and moderation capabilities.
- Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
