Advisory ODM SQE Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advisory ODM SQE Engineer (供应商质量管理工程师) to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our ODM products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality-related issues.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
